MELBOURNE, Australia — President Ferdinand ”Bongbong” Marcos Jr. interacts with a koala upon his arrival at the Government House in Victoria.
Marcos signed the guestbook when he arrived at the Government House.
Like other ASEAN leaders, a smiling Marcos also stopped by at the koala and touched it. A koala is an arboreal herbivorous marsupial that is considered as native to Australia.
Marcos will have a luncheon at the Government House, the same place where the Leader’s Retreat will take place.
The President will leave for Manila this afternoon. — Anna Felicia Bajo/RSJ, GMA Integrated News
