A small dog will always be remembered for saving its owners by alerting them on the presence of a snake inside their house in Bacolod City, according to the report of GMA Regional TV One Western Visayas on “Saksi.”
Zee, a Shih Tzu, was sleeping beside his owner when early Sunday morning who barked non-stop after seeing the snake.
With the dog’s barking, the residents inside the house woke up to find the snake. The barangay officials caught the snake and endorsed this to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
Unfortunately, Zee died after he was bitten by the snake.
The dog’s owner mourn the loss of a faithful pet, but their fur baby will always be remembered for being very brave in the face of danger. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
