JETHRO Cerezo was only 16 when he became knowledgeable on the concepts of buying and selling. Thanks to his mentors — teachers and coaches — especially his best friend, who patiently taught Cerezo the rudiments of the trade.
“I was studying Civil Engineering in college at University of the East in Caloocan, but I didn’t manage to finish my studies as my parents needed me to step up our struggling business before when I was only 19,” Cerezo, chief executive officer (CEO) of BonaSlim by Bona Vita, told The Manila Times.
