NLEX big man Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser will be headed to TNT after a three-team trade also involving Blackwater ahead of the 2024 Philippine Cup that starts on Wednesday.

The 6-foot-6 bruiser was initially traded by the Road Warriors to his old squad, the Bossing. He was then dealt to the Tropang Giga, who are looking to reinforce their frontline before opening a new campaign in the All-Filipino tourney.

As part of the three-team exchange, Blackwater acquired the rights to Jaydee Tungcab, Justin Chua, and TNT’s first round pick in the 51st Season Draft.

NLEX, meanwhile, will receive Ato Ular, Yousef Taha, and Blackwater’s 51st first round pick.

The PBA Commissioner’s Office approved the trade on Monday afternoon.

Ganuelas-Rosser, who was selected first overall by Blackwater in the Season 47 Rookie Draft, is tipped to provide an inside presence for TNT, which is eyeing to bounce back after absorbing an early playoff exit last conference.

In the previous Commissioner’s Cup, the 29-year-old Ganuelas-Rosser played for only five games for the Road Warriors and wound up with averages of 8.40 points, 3.60 rebounds, and 1.80 blocks as they missed the playoff bus.
