Heart Evangelista revealed she was expecting a baby sometime in February but that “she didn’t make it.”

The Kapuso Global Fashion Icon made the reveal on Friday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.”

Clarifying she wasn’t pregnant, Heart said, “I was expecting my only girl that I had left — eggs.”

“So at that time, I was, I thought it was a gonna make it, but she didn’t so that one was a bit hard for me,” she admitted.

According Heart, that was around February, when she and Boy sat down for an interview where she said “if there’s any moment that I should be blessed with a baby, it should be now.”

On the final part of their two-part exclusive interview aired Friday, Heart admitted that she really prepared for her baby girl. “I felt like with everything we went through, it was finally gonna happen,” she said.

Heart even gave her a name: Sophia Heart.

“I was very excited to have her,” the Kapuso Global Fashion Icon added.

“I thought I was going to be able to share what I do with my last girl,” Heart said amid tears.

They learned the baby didn’t make it right before their renewal of vows.

“I was actually very sad [then],” she shared.

The Kapuso celebrity said she was crying “not because I wasn’t given what I wanted, but because it [was] so hard for me to produce the egg.”

She admitted “it’s a little hard but I’m questioning anything.”

“I’m just sad because of course I was excited but I’m not complaining.”

“I’m so blessed so many other ways. How can I complain?” She added.

Meanwhile, her husband maintains “If it’s not now, if it’s not this, may mas Baganda pang naka-plano. Intaying lang namin yon.”

“I’m predisposed to accept God’s will. Yun ang sabi ko sa kanya,” Chiz said.

After marrying in 2015, Heart got pregnant with twins in 2018. She lost them both to a miscarriage.
