David Licauco is not shy to reveal that chick flicks are his go-to comfort films.

In a Kapuso Profiles interview by GMA Network, the Pambansang Ginoo said he has been fond of watching chick flicks and rom-com movies since he was young.

“Actually noong bata ako, mahilig ako manuod ng chick flicks,” David said.

“‘Yung mga ‘A Cinderella Story,’ ‘Dear John,’ ‘The Fault In Our Stars,'” he added. “Mahilig ako sa mga romantic eh.”

Besides the mentioned films, David said he also liked the movie adaptation of “To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before” and Netflix’s hit movie “The Kissing Booth.”

Aside from being a chick flick lover, David is also a proud Swiftie. Last year, he revealed that Taylor’s “Love Story” is his favorite workout song.

Earlier this year, David flew to Australia to watch “The Eras Tour” in Sydney.

David recently starred with fellow Swiftie Barbie Forteza in “Maging Sino Ka Man,” which came after the success of their love team “Maria Clara at Ibarra.”

The breakout loveteam BarDa is also set to star in GMA Network’s upcoming historical-action drama “Pulang Araw,” alongside Alden Richards and Sanya Lopez.
