Taylor Sheesh’s story to be featured on ‘Magpakailanman’

Taylor Sheesh’s story will be told on “Magpakailanman” this Saturday.

The Filipino drag artist shared the news on X and posted a clip of the episode’s trailer.

“Magpakailanman debut. This Saturday na!” she said.

Titled “Taylor Made Success,” the episode will show Taylor Sheesh’s early life, from not being accepted by her parents to being the drag icon she is today.

Comedian and host Boobay will star as Taylor Sheesh. It also stars Luis Hontiveros, Michael De Mesa, and Pinky Amador.

Taylor Sheesh has made waves around the world for her performances as Taylor Swift after her viral staging of the Eras Tour in Trinoma, Quezon City. She was featured on “Good Morning America,” Rolling Stone, Pop Crave, and Gay Times.

During one of her shows, a couple memorably got engaged as she was performing “Love Story.”

In an exclusive interview with GMA News Online, Taylor Sheesh said the international attention was totally unexpected.

The success has just been pouring in for the drag artist. She got her first billboard, appeared on “It’s Showtime,” became the endorser of an international makeup brand, and performed her first international show in Singapore.

“Taylor Made Success” on Magpakailanman premieres on April 13, Saturday at 8 p.m.
