Sharon Cuneta revealed that she and Gabby Concepcion were supposed to hold another show following the success of their reunion concert titled “Dear Heart,” but it did not push through.

In a report by PEP.ph, the Megastar said the show was supposed to be called “P.S. I Love You.”

“The repertoire was supposed to be much better,” she said. “It was a beautiful show. Kasado na. Everyone was ready.”

“And apparently, negotiations didn’t go through—OK, I won’t say it—but let’s just say hindi siya natuloy not because of us,” she continued.

Sharon said that she was so excited and ready to do it.

“Sayang. Nanghihinayang ako,” she said. “Because I made so many of our fans happy, and I wanted to continue making them happy.”

“So, I guess that’s it,” Sharon said. “Not my fault.”

According to the report, Sharon previously asked her followers in a now-deleted Instagram post to stop associating her with her ex-husband.

“We are living totally separate lives and whatever has been going on in mine, he has absolutely nothing to do with, and vice-versa,” her post said. “The Dear Heart concerts might be the last you will see of us together for a long time or even ever.

“It’s just too complicated when our parties—and we—just somehow cannot communicate and agree on certain things both work-related and not. My team and I have gone above and beyond for him so that Dear Heart could be brought to you, our beloved fans,” she said.

The “Dear Heart” reunion concert delighted ShaGab fans last year, as it is rare for the former on- and off-screen partners to share the stage together. They previously reunited for a kilig-filled fast food commercial in 2018.

Following “Dear Heart,” Sharon thanked Gabby for the shows and for “making our fans so happy!”

Sharon and Gabby first starred in the feature film “Dear Heart” in 1981 and then became a top pairing. They got married in 1984 and were legally separated in 1987.

In 1993, their marriage was annulled.

They have one daughter, actress and host KC Concepcion.
