Red-hot Chery Tiggo extended its winning ways after eking out a 23-25, 25-23, 25-16, 25-20 victory against slumping Nxled in the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference on Tuesday at the PhilSports Arena.

Mylene Paat led the charge for the Crossovers with the lefty opposite hitter pouring in 15 points while getting help from Eya Laure and Cess Robles as they improved to 5-2.

Laure churned out 12 markers despite missing the fourth set while Robles stepped up and posted 11 markers, giving the Kung Fu Reyes-mentored club its third straight win of the conference.

Chery Tiggo, though, had to shrug off a first set hiccup before winning the next three sets with EJ Laure delivering the game-winning point to finish with three markers.

With the loss, the Chameleons absorbed their second straight defeat to go 4-4.

In the first game, Petro Gazz vented its ire on Capital1 with a masterful 25-11, 25-19, 25-14 victory to hike its standing to 5-2.

Brooke Van Sickle starred for the Angels with 19 points built on 15 attacks, three aces, and one block on top of seven digs to help the squad bounce back from a five-set loss to chery Tiggo last Thursday.
