COTABATO CITY, Philippines — Three people died when a pickup collided with a tricycle along the highway in Barangay Tinoto in Maasim, Sarangani before dawn on Friday.
In a report to Soccsksargen police director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg, the Sarangani police identified the fatalities as Loreto Zamora and his passengers Jomar Pilon and Erwin Pilon.
The three were in a tricycle on their way home from a beach resort when their vehicle collided with a Toyota Hilux.
The pickup veered in the opposite lane then rammed a house due to the impact of the crash.
Both vehicles were badly damaged.
