LAPD escorts naked intruder out of Valley Village home and into custody
A man broke into a home in Valley Village early Thursday morning, and the resident found him naked inside.
Officers responded at 1:52 a.m. to a possible burglary on the 11700 block of Otsego Street, near Colfax Avenue, according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer Kevin Terzes.
Multiple officers arrived and were told by the resident, who ran outside, that a naked man was in the house, Terzes said.
The officers entered the home and took the suspect into custody.
Video from the location showed the bearded man, handcuffed and clad in only socks, sandals and some kind of dark poncho that covered his top half, being led from the home by police.
The suspect’s name was not immediately available.
