Misis ni Robi Domingo, tumigil sa steroids

Marami nang nagbago sa buhay ni Robi Domingo mula nang magpakasal kay Maiqui Pineda noong Jan. 6.

Ayon sa TV host ay nai-enjoy na niya ang buhay may-asawa. “At first, it’s so different because number 1, I’m used to living in the house. But now I live in a (condominium) unit with her. I don’t have house help. Before ang hilig ko mag-work out, puro kalyo (ang kamay). Ngayon wala na akong kalyo. Babad sa labada, babad sa dishwashing,” nakangiting pahayag ni Robi sa ABS-CBN News.

Patuloy nang bumubuti ang kalagayan ngayon ng misis ng TV host. Matatandaang nagkaroon ng autoimmune disease si Maiqui ilang buwan bago magpakasal ang mag-asawa. “She’s better na. She just got approval to go back to work. She’s fit to work na. She has to work out, rehab, eat right. I try to be part of that diet na rin. It helps, I don’t eat dairy that much. She takes 15 tablets per day right now just to manage her condition. But hopefully, matanggal na. She’s off the steroids, others are supplement,” pagbabahagi niya.

Ngayong bumubuti na ang kondisyon ni Maiqui ay nagbabalak na ang mag-asawa na bumuo ng pamilya. “Hopefully we can get clearance so we can start a family. We are waiting for clearance from the doctor,” pagtatapat ng TV host.

AC, ginawang kanta ang diary

Taong 2016 nang tanghaling grand champion ang dance duo na Lucky Aces sa Dance Kids na kinabibilangan nina AC Bonifacio at Lucky Ancheta. Mula noon ay naging aktibo na sa show business si AC.

Bukod sa pagsasayaw at pag-arte sa harap ng kamera ay magaling ding kumanta ang dalaga.

Ngayong taon ay ang pagiging singer at songwriter ang pagtutuunan ng panahon ni AC. “It is a different kind of fulfillment when you know you put in some work into the song. It started with ‘Fool No Mo.’ I just had a bit of input in the chorus. But sir Jonathan Manalo said I can do it so the next one, ‘4 Myself’ was completely me, him and Jeremy. It is an amazing feeling releasing a song I had a contribution, it felt like my baby,” bungad ni AC.

Malaki ang pasasalamat ng dalaga dahil nabigyan ng pagkakataong makatrabaho si Jonathan Manalo na kilala bilang isang magaling na songwriter at record producer.

Ngayon ay marami nang natutunan si AC sa proseso ng pagsusulat ng mga kanta. “All of his music is legendary, to be able to work with him is amazing. I was able to write music because of him. We have a session we go in, ‘How are you feeling? What do you want to talk about?’ I just wrote words, sentences I feel. Nothing that rhymes or makes sense. We take time from each other. Maybe 30 minutes, 1 hour. We write how I feel and write like a diary. Then he comes back and we put it together. We started doing melodies and it all worked together,” kwento ng aktres.

Umaasa si AC na mas maraming original songs pa ang magawa sa pamamahala ng Star Music. “I’ve been in the process of learning what my music is. I’m really trying to figure out my name in the music industry. Maybe for now pop, K-Pop. More music so I can perform more original songs,” paglalahad ng dalaga. (Reports from JCC)
