The cast of “Running Man Philippines” is excited for viewers to finally see the upcoming second season!
During Friday’s media conference for GMA Network’s “Best Time Ever” campaign, Mikael Daez said that fans should watch out for the fun that Miguel Tanfelix is bringing to the show.
“In fairness kay Miguel, sobrang nag-enjoy kami,” Mikael said.
“Talagang walang problema with Miguel jumping in kaya nakakatuwa,” he added. “Mararamdaman niyo ‘yon.”
Mikael also said that the runners’ friendship has become stronger.
“Ngayon kasi, close na talaga kami at talagang ‘yung friendship namin talagang nag-solidify na talaga siya,” he said.
“‘Yun talaga ‘yung lumabas eh. Iba kasi ‘yung nagiging jokes, comedy, at mga sitwasyon na lumalabas ‘pag talagang komportable talaga sa isa’t-isa,” he added.
Miguel was introduced as the newest runner shortly after Ruru Madrid announced that he would miss the show’s second season. The “Black Rider” star, however, will still have a special participation in Season 2.
“Running Man Philippines” is the local adaptation of the longest-running South Korean reality game show, “Running Man.” It is a co-production between GMA Network and SBS Korea.
Angel was hailed as the ultimate runner in Season 1, which aired in 2022. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
