Maxene Magalona, Michael V. post Francis M. tributes on 15th death anniversary

It’s been 15 years since Francis Magalona passed away, and his daughter Maxene Magalona made sure to honor the master rapper on his death anniversary.

On Instagram Wednesday, Maxene shared some snaps of her visiting her father’s grave at the Loyola Memorial Park in Quezon City. 

“Never forgotten. Rest in eternal peace, FrancisM,” she wrote. 

She also posted a photo of Francis M’s grave with a bouquet and some words written: “Brown like wood, Filipino by blood” which came from his song “The Mouth.” 

Meanwhile, Michael V. remembered his friend with a poster of an old movie they did, together with Ogie Alcasid and Anjo Yllana.

“People never die as long as somebody remembers them,” he wrote wistfully in the caption.

Francis M. died of Acute Myelogenous Leukemia on March 6, 2009. He was 44 years old.
