If you could rewrite one stock’s slogan, which would it be, and what would it say?

Thank you to all the readers who participated in this Free Stuff Friday survey and shared their rewritten slogan for a PSE-listed company. I’m going to share some of the (anonymized) responses that I received. As usual, no names or identifying info! 

• BDO: We find ways.. to charge you

• BDO: We find ways.. eventually.

• GREEN: Energize your Portfolio with Short Selling Opportunity!

• TEL: Bringing you connectivity… when we feel like it.

• TEL: We are slowly changing lives, one mb/s at a time.

• MER: Maliwanag ang buhay … (pag may pera ka)

• MER: May inflation ang buhay

• ALI: Alina’t Invest!

• JFC: Bida ang bida-bida

• JFC: Bida ang inflation

• JFC: Beeda ang kita

• MEDIC: You will need one

• NOW: The future is NOWhere

• DITO: DITO pa Kayo, DOON na Ako

• PAL: Your tambayan in the sky

• SM: We’ve got it all from you

• SECB: Bitter banking starts here

• ANI: Malapit na ang tagtuyod wala na naman ANI

MB BOTTOM-LINE: This was just some good fun at the expense of some corporate marketing. Lots of BDO slogans (and quite a few that I couldn’t include because they were a bit too spicy) because that tagline just so meme-able, and especially for a bank. This wasn’t an easy challenge! It’s great to see your creativity. I thought it would be simple to come up with like 50 of these things right off the top of my head, but I was humbled when I stopped out at “DITO pa kami”. Marketing is much harder than it looks!
