Add Levi Ruivivar to the growing list of Filipino athletes who have qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics as the Filipina-American gymnast booked her Summer Games spot on Saturday.
Ruivivar clinched a Paris berth after eking out an impressive silver medal finish in the uneven bars final of the final leg of the 2024 FIG World Cup in Doha, Qatar. Her qualification was officially announced by the Philippine Olympic Committee.
The 17-year-old Ruivivar netted 5.8 points in difficulty and 7.833 in execution and had no penalty to claim the second spot in the apparatus finals.

With her Paris Olympics entry, Ruivivar has become the third gymnast to make it to the quadrennial event after Tokyo Olympian Carlos Yulo and Aleah Finnegan.
The three gymnasts join fellow Philippine bets EJ Obiena, Eumir Marcial, Nesthy Petecio, Aira Villegas, John Ceniza, Elreen Ando, Vanessa Sarno, and Rosegie Ramos
