MANILA, Philippines — Oil firms will implement mixed adjustments in oil prices in the first week of April.
In separate advisories, CleanFuel, PetroGazz, SeaOil and Shell announced the following adjustments in fuel prices scheduled for Tuesday:
- Diesel prices – Down by P0.60 liter
- Gasoline prices – Up by P0.45 per liter
Kerosene prices, on the other hand, will also decrease by P1.05 per liter
Last week, oil companies implemented a price hike in pump products. Diesel prices went up by P2.20 per liter and gasoline prices were also up by P1.40 per liter.
Kerosene prices also saw an increase of P1.30 per liter last week.
SeaOil, PetroGazz and Shell price adjustments will take effect at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, while price adjustments for CleanFuel will be implemented at 4:01 p.m. on the same day.
Other oil firms have yet to announce their price adjustments.
LPG prices
Distributors of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) also implemented price rollback.
The price adjustment takes effect today, April 1.
In an announcement on Sunday, Regasco said LPG prices were cut by P0.30 per kilogram (kg).
Petron’s Gasul will also slash LPG prices by P1 per kg.
