The chopped body parts of an unidentified individual were found in a paper bag left outside the office of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Bacolod.
According to “Saksi” report on Friday, the bag contained a severed hand, a foot, and a pair of ears when discovered by NBI personnel.
The package also had a piece of paper naming an NBI agent who was allegedly a protector of a drug lord, but the NBI-Bacolod said that the agent has a good performance record within the agency.
The NBI said it is investigating if the incident had links to illegal gambling and e-sabong its agents are pursuing in Negros Occidental.—Jiselle Anne Casucian/LDF, GMA Integrated News
