Awra Briguela penned a moving letter for her manager, mentor, and “muder,” Vice Ganda.
On Instagram, the 20-year-old actress posted photos with Meme Vice during the latter’s grand birthday party in Nueva Ecija.
Awra wrote, “To my dearest mother, sister, mentor, savior, protector. I just wanna say thank you ‘cuz I won’t be here where I am right now if it’s not because of you.”
“Thank you for being there when I needed you most especially during difficult times,” she added. “You chose nothing but to trust, believe, and see the star in me.”
Awra said that she is very grateful for Vice’s generosity and for always giving her genuine love.
She also has a birthday wish for the “It’s Showtime” host.
“All that I truly wish for is for you to receive all the genuine love as well and happiness every single day because that is what you deserve. I also wish that you witness and see me succeed in life. I’ll make you, myself, and everybody proud,” Awra said. “Happy Birthday, My Lovely Muder! I love you forever!”
In 2023, Awra was detained by the Makati City police after her involvement in a brawl outside The Bolthole Bar in Poblacion. After posting bail, she filed a counter-affidavit in connection with the complaints she faced.
Meanwhile, Vice Ganda also celebrated her birthday on “It’s Showtime’s” premiere episode on GMA-7 last April 6, with a superb production featuring a music video in the desert, Vice sitting on top of the GMA logo in Kamuning, and a moving speech about making her dreams come true.
