MANILA, Philippines — Meanwhile, a motorcycle rider died after he crashed into a dump truck in Barangay Kaligayahan at past midnight yesterday.
John Sidney Ignacio, 26, was driving along Quirino Highway when he lost control of the motorcycle and slammed into the truck parked at the corner of Commonwealth Avenue.
A rescue team brought Ignacio to a hospital, where a physician declared him dead on arrival.Two people were injured in a vehicular crash involving six vehicles, including two motorcycles, at the corner of EDSA and Kamias Road in Barangay West Kamias yesterday at around 1:56 a.m.
The victims are recuperating from their injuries at the Quezon City General Hospital.
