Acclaimed bartenders from two award-winning bars in Mexico City — Ana Herrera of the acclaimed Handshake Speakeasy and José Luis León of Licorería Limantour — are stepping behind the Vault’s bar to craft Tequila Casa Dragones-based cocktails.
