More of Jaclyn Jose’s fellow stars continue to arrive and visit her wake following her sudden death.

According to Aubrey Carampel’s report on “24 Oras,” among those who arrived on Thursday were Vilma Santos, Tirso Cruz III, Boots Anson-Rodrigo, Lito Pimentel, Maricel Soriano, and Max Collins.

“A talent like her doesn’t come every day,” Tirso said.

“‘Yun ‘yung tinatawag namin na gift. Si Jane or si Jaclyn Jose, gift siya ni Lord sa industry. And we’re all very, very proud of her kaya she’s a big, big loss sa industry. Lastly, salute, Jane,” Vilma said.

On Wednesday, Bembol Rocco, John Arcilla, and Robin Padilla also arrived at Jaclyn’s wake.

Meanwhile, Alden Richards, who had also paid tribute to the actress on social media, recalled some of his fondest memories with Jaclyn in an interview.

“It was very heartbreaking. It felt like I lost a mom. Ang sakit-sakit. Sobra. She’s family. She calls me every now and then. She congratulates me with projects kahit hindi ko siya kasama. She scolds me kapag meron akong hindi magandang performance,” he said.

Sid Lucero, half-brother of Jaclyn’s daughter, Andi Eigenmann, shared that some of his first acting memories were with her.

“My very first movie was with her. My very first acting lesson was with her. She was there when my dad was taking care of me nung tinuli ako. Tita Jane is not just Tita Jane. She’s one of my other moms,” he said.

“Andi’s strong. She’s back. She’s got all the support from everybody,” Sid said.

Barbie Forteza also had the chance to work with Jaclyn previously.

“Ang dami niyang mga adlib na talagang hindi ko napigilang tumawa tapos hindi na lang na-cut kasi ang ganda ng pagkakabato ni Ms. Jaclyn,” the Kapuso Primetime Princess said.

Ruru Madrid likewise remembered how Jaclyn helped her in the past.

“Ang dami po niyang mga advice sa akin, mga tips sa akin para magtagal sa industriyang ito,” he said.

Jaclyn, born Mary Jane Guck, died on March 2 at 60 years old. Andi revealed that she died of a heart attack.

Jaclyn’s passing was first announced by her agency, PPL Entertainment. The Philippine National Police said her family was convinced that there was no foul play involved in her death.

Her notable performances include starring and supporting roles in films such as “The Flor Contemplacion Story” and “Patay Na Si Hesus.” She also starred in several GMA Network series, including “Marimar,” “The Millionaire’s Wife,” and “D’Originals.”
