Vice Ganda just got a surprise birthday celebration at her first ever guesting in “Family Feud!”
On Monday’s episode of the game show, Vice Ganda’s team which composed of Jhong Hilario, Amy Perez and Jugs Jugueta comepeted against Anne Curtis‘s team made up of Ogie Alcasid, Vhong Navarro and Teddy Corpuz.
As Anne and Vice faced each other, “Family Feud” host Dingdong Dantes asked what song is commonly played in birthday parties. Anne quickly pressed the buzzer and answered: “Happy Birthday.”
The board then showed the correct answers which revealed the words “Happy Birthday Vice Ganda!”
Surprised, Vice Ganda said, “Birthday episode ko pala ‘to! Wow nakakatuwa naman! Thank you.”
The crowd then sang “Happy Birthday” to her.
Dingdong also gave Vice Ganda a bouquet of flowers and greeted the Unkabogable Star, who replied: “Thank you so much! Nakakatuwa.”
Her fellow “It’s Showtime” hosts then took out a birthday cake and sang her a birthday song.
“Thank you Dong. Salamat po sa Family Feud. Maraming Salamat. Pinaligaya n’yo po ang puso ko. Salamat,” Vice said.
Before blowing her candle, Vice Ganda shared her wish: “Ang wish ko maging magandang-maganda ang relasyon natin sa ating bagong tahanan sa GMA. At sana nga dumami nang dumami pa ang mapapasaya nating lahat.”
Vice Ganda celebrated her 48th birthday on March 31. She made a grand birthday performance on “It’s Showtime” debut episode in GMA Network’s main channel on Saturday.
Following their successful debut episode, which topped the ratings, Vice Ganda and her fellow hosts played against each other in “Family Feud” on Monday.
Team Vice beat Team Anne after winning the double digit rounds, but they fell short of winning in the Fast Money round.
