University of Mindanao grad tops February 2024 Mechanical Engineers Licensure exam

A graduate from the University of Mindanao in Davao City is the topnotcher of the February 2024 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

Rey Mediana Arcabal garnered a percentage rating of 93.45%, the highest among 4,458 who successfully hurdled the examination that was administered in NCR, the cities of Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga earlier this month.

The top performing school was the University of Science and Technology Philippines – Cagayan de Oro with 73 out of 75 students who passed the exam or 97.33%.

The rest of the Mechanical Engineering graduates who made it to the Top Ten are:

Meanwhile, the topnotcher for the February 2024 Certified Plant Mechanics Licensure Examination is Aaron Gabriel Ilao Sigue from the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila with a percentage rating of 88.60%.
