Various Marikina Women’s Organizations Have Joined Forces to Rally Behind the Mayoral Bid of Marikina 1st District Rep. Maan Teodoro

The groups—representing sectors such as private schools, zumba communities, families of migrant workers, homeowners’ associations, and grassroots organizations—expressed their full support for Teodoro’s bid, citing her strong commitment to championing a women-centered agenda. Aida Ogma, an urban poor leader, said the coalition believes Teodoro will build on the gains of her husband, Mayor Marcy Teodoro, particularly in making Marikina a safer and more inclusive city for women. “Tiwala rin kami na itutuloy ni Mayor Maan ang mga maasahan at garantisadong serbisyo ng lokal na pamahalaan, lalo na para sa kapakanan ng kababaihan,” she added.
