San Fernando Valley man arrested for alleged sexual child exploitation tied to violent online group ‘764’
A San Fernando Valley man was arrested on Wednesday, April 3 on suspicion of sexually exploiting children during his participation in an online violent extremist network, the U.S. Department of Justice announced.
Jose Henry Ayala Casamiro, 28, was allegedly involved with “764,” a group federal prosecutors describe as violent nihilistic extremists who commit criminal acts — including the sexual exploitation of children — as part of their efforts to accelerate the collapse of the current world order and the U.S. government.
According to an affidavit, Ayala caused minors to produce child sexual abuse material along with other video content depicting self-harm, as part of the organization’s goal to dismantle society by corrupting and exploiting vulnerable populations.
Ayala was allegedly part of a group within the network that blackmailed underage girls into producing child sexual abuse videos depicting sadistic acts, torture, and self-mutilation — including carving their abusers’ names or initials into their skin. The group also reportedly encouraged the victims to take their own lives.
One instance detailed in the complaint describes a March 2020 photo showing a person who had cut the defendant’s name “Henry” into their forearm. Prosecutors say that in February and March 2025, Ayala participated in an online server described as a “grooming pool” specifically designed to target underage girls.
Ayala is being charged with possession of child pornography, and was ordered to be jailed without bond.
