Multi-vehicle crash involving school bus injures 7, no students aboard bus
A school bus was involved in a multi-vehicle crash in Arleta late Wednesday morning that resulted in seven injuries, officials said. No children were on the bus.
At about 10:34 a.m., the Los Angeles Police Department received a call regarding the crash off Terra Bella Street and Arleta Avenue in Arleta, according to Officer Norma Eisenman.
Seven people were medically assessed on scene. Five declined further medical treatment. The other two, a 22-year-old female and a 39-year-old man were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson Lyndsey Lantz.
A black Mercedes SUV and a gray Toyota sedan were also involved in the crash.
It is currently not known what led to the crash.
