Matteo Guidicelli has warned the public against scammers that have been using his and his wife Sarah Geronimo’s names.
On X, the host and actor shared a post about National ID holders being lured to apply online for a P5,000 cash assistance.
The scammers claimed that Matteo and Sarah are “ambassadors,” and included their photos and names in their post.
“Big scam,” Matteo said. “Please be careful.”
Matteo and Sarah were recently in Los Angeles California to attend the Billboard Women in Music Awards. Sarah made history by becoming the first Filipina to get an award.
The couple also recently celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
