Manila is home to a number of heritage buildings that stood witness to the country’s history. Among these grand structures is the Laperal Mansion, the newly renovated Presidential Guest House that will welcome visiting officials to the country.

Located a few blocks away from Malacañang Palace, this elegant 20th-century building inspired by European architecture previously served as the official residence of the late presidents Corazon Aquino and Fidel Ramos.

Laperal Mansion boasts five staterooms named after important historical figures in the Philippines, a wellness lounge, and 14 suites that pay tribute to the country’s former presidents.

Take a look at these bedrooms crafted by Filipino designers and architects to reflect the life and legacy of the country’s former heads of state.
