Gymnast Karl Eldrew Yulo led the Philippine Artistic Gymnastics team with five medals in the recent Pacific Rim Championships held in Cali, Colombia.
Karl, brother of Olympian Carlos Yulo, bagged gold medals in the floor and vault exercises, and silver medals in the individual all-around, still rings, and pommel horse.
Aside from Karl Eldrew, John Ivan Cruz also won the gold in vault, while Juancho Miguel Besana and Charlie Manzano bagged bronze medals in the vault exercise of the men’s and women’s division, respectively.
Back in December, Karl Eldrew won seven gold medals in the 2023 Batang Pinoy games.
