Is Jessy Mendiola ready for a second baby? Actress answers

Jessy was all smiles on Friday’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” as she said she really wants to have many kids.

“Gusto ko talaga ng maraming anak, Tito Boy,” she said. “Kung kaya ko lang talaga nang sabay-sabay.”

According to Jessy, Luis is already asking her for a second baby.

“‘Pag nakikita niyang naglalakad na si Peanut, palagi niyang sinasabi, ‘You want to be an ate, anak?’ Palaging ganoon na. So parang sasabihin niya sa ‘kin, ‘Ano, love? Puwede na ba?’” she said.

“So parang ako, oo naman. Siyempre kung ibigay ni Lord, ‘di ba? Bakit naman hindi?” Jessy said.

Talking about another child, she added, “I think malapit na.”

In fact, she and Luis already have a name for their next child.

“Kahit pa girl or boy, Ocean,” she said. “Mahilig talaga kami sa dagat, sa tubig, and we are beach lovers. So talagang sabi ko, ‘Puwede ‘no? Sa girl or sa boy, Ocean. Ocean Tawile Manzano.”

In the “Fast Talk” segment of the interview, Jessy revealed she wants to have five kids.

In the same interview, Jessy talked about their second wedding, held in Palawan last February, and said it was a fulfillment of a promise they made to each other.

Luis and Jessy first got married in 2021 in an intimate civil ceremony. They announced the birth of Isabella Rose, also called Rosie and Peanut, in January 2023. The mother and daughter had a joint birthday celebration last December.
