The homecoming bout of Filipino Olympian Eumir Marcial will be open to the public for free when he takes on Thoedsak Sinam in an eight-round contest on March 23 at Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Manila.
Marcial, who is bound for the Paris Olympics later this year, is unbeaten as a professional boxer with a record of 4-0 with 2 knockouts. His upcoming bout will be his first in the Philippines as a professional prizefighter.
“I am very excited for my upcoming fight on March 23 at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium. To all those supporting me, see you! The tickets are free, just go to the stadium. First come first serve,” Marcial said in a video posted on his official Facebook account.
The event will be rounded up with nine bouts on the undercard, including an appearance from unbeaten prospect Lienard Sarcon.
