Marcial, 28, opened the contest with jabs before unleashing his patented left straight down the pipe. Sinam was game in the early going but was eventually caught with a big uppercut in the fourth stanza.
Unable to beat the count, the referee halted the contest at the 1:33 mark of round 4, improving Marcial’s flawless record to 5-0 with 3 knockouts while Sinam dropped to 23-14 with 19 knockouts.
Marcial is already assured of a slot in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
