The Creamline Cool Smashers swept the Capital1 Solar Spikers, 25-18, 25-14, 25-15, to bounce back on Thursday in the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Tots Carlos paced the Cool Smashers with 14 points as Creamline improved to 5-1. The win came after Creamline fell to Chery Tiggo last Saturday. Jorelle Singh had 14 points as Capital1 slipped to 1-5.

Meanwhile, the Crossovers outlasted the Petro Gazz Angels, 25-21, 18-25, 22-25, 25-19, 15-13.

Four Chery Tiggo players scored in double digits as Eya Laure had 15 points in the match that coincided with her birthday. Ara Galang had 12 points, while Mylene Paat and EJ Laure had 10 points apiece as the Crossovers improved to 4-2.

Brooke Van Sickle posted 27 points, while Jonah Sabete had 22 points as Petro Gazz went down to 4-2.
