A bride, who counts crocheting as a hobby, used her skill to prepare for her wedding, according to the report on “Pusuan Na ‘Yan” of “State of the Nation.”
Armed with a hook and a pile of yarn, Alyssa Marie Madriaga learned how to crochet and with her skill was able to put up a business.
She is able to create colorful sweaters, berets, and dresses.
It takes three hours for her to finish basic designs. But for dresses, it takes her 7 to 14 hours of crocheting.
For her wedding, Alyssa decided to crochet her bridesmaids’ dresses and her own wedding gown too.
— BAP, GMA Integrated News
