MV Doulos Hope, the largest floating library in the world, anchored in Manila for a 19-day visit from March 27 to April 14, 2024, at the Eva Macapagal Terminal, Port Area Manila.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on March 28, with Philippine Coast Guard spokesman Rear Adm. Armand Balilo leading the event with the personnel of the Coast Guard Civil Relations Service (CGCRS) and the crew and international volunteers of MV Doulos Hope.
