HEALTH Secretary Teodoro Herbosa lauded the Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center (ARMMC) in Marikina City for providing free health care services to the personnel of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and its civilian counterpart, the PCG Auxiliary (PCGA).
In a dedication ceremony and memorandum of agreement (MoA) signing on Saturday, March 16, Herbosa commended the Coast Guard for being the first to solve the Department of Health’s (DoH) lack of swabbers at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
