Ghana’s ruling NPP party has accused the speaker of parliament of undermining democracy a day after he indefinitely suspended it following a walkout by MPs. The NPP claims Alban Bagbin is biased towards the opposition NDC amidst a high stakes standoff over who can claim a razor slim majority in parliament.
