The over-the-top attraction swings into Vegas in November A highly anticipated over-the-top adults-only mini golf course is officially just months away from opening. For a year now, the Mandalay Bay has had signage surrounding the former Light nightclub space advertising the forthcoming Swingers Las Vegas attraction. The English-based course announced that it will tee off on November 8 with four golf courses, cocktail caddies, and nostalgic carnival grounds.
The 40,000-square-foot Swingers on the Las Vegas Strip will have multiple bars for ordering food and drink, an arcade space, and interactive elements in addition to its golf courses. Stepping up the design just for Vegas, that chain with locations in London and New York will feature a country house among its English estate theming — one that comes alive with projection mapping that changes the design from day to night and across the four seasons. The courses are each themed to a clocktower, a hot air balloon, a carousel, and a meteorite, each with obstacles like windmills, waterwheels, carousels, jumps, and loops.

Cocktails will be delivered by caddie or available at the parasol-covered sunken garden lounge, the estate bar that runs the length of the venue, or two upstairs bars. A vintage-style carnival will tempt players with old school-style carnival prizes while a DJ will work to make the 21-and-over attraction feel sufficiently grown-up.
The British-born brand already has locations in London, New York, and Washington D.C. And its Vegas outpost will open just before Swingers Dubai. The company raised $50 million to launch the Vegas flagship location. It’s the latest in an ongoing trend of golf-and-play attractions in Las Vegas, including a Tiger Woods mini golf course and the Atomic Golf driving range that is already laying off workers. But the two-story, fully indoors, no-kids-allowed attraction may mean the Vegas golf trend is on the right course.
