“Typically, start-up MSMEs are less likely to obtain bank loans and rely on cash from family, friends, and immediate business associates. RTN HMC would like to fill the gap by providing access to additional capital for these businesses,” said Reynaldo Nolasco, CEO of RTN HMC.
