A pet owner has reported to the local authorities that someone cut the ears of her Shitzu dogs Bonbon and Luna in Albay.
According to a report on “State of the Nation,” Marisa Aguilar said she found her dogs bloodied at her rented home in Legaspi City.
Bonbon had two ears cut off while Luna lost one.
They are now out of danger.
